How long does my order take to ship?

Once we receive your order we typically ship within 3-10 days depending on if we have product on hand or if it is a customized order.

The mail is chaotic right now and we can tell you when an item is sent but we can’t guarantee when you will receive it.

If you require customization, please allow 5 to 10 business days from the time of order. This includes your approval of customization, our creating your product and then mailing it to you.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we do not offer sales or shipping outside the continental United States.

What is your return policy? 

We do not accept returns on customized products.

We do not accept returns on products sold after 30 days, however if you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will consider your request. We are pretty easy to work with.
